Do you offer warranty?

Yes! We offer 2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty on any style of our fences built with 6x6 posts. Our warranty does not cover fences with 4x4 posts, Our warrant excludes any natural caused damaged such as storms, rain, snow, vandalism, misuse, cracking, splitting, warping or shrinking of lumber.

What is the benefit of having a 6x6 post instead of 4x4?

6x6 posts last longer, do not warp or crack easily and has a much longer life expectancy than 4x4 posts. Our 2 year craftsmanship warranty cover all fence styles built with 6x6 posts.

do you offer services like post replacement or existing fence fixes?

Of course. We offer quick turn around on post removal and replacement and existing fence repairs with a minimum charge of 1,200 CAD.

do you offer standard pricing?

Yes. All our fence styles and materials have standard per ft pricing. Our quotes are always transparent with no hidden costs and service charges. Guaranteed!

do you offer utility locates?

Public utility locates can be ordered from Ontario One Call. If you need our help, we can get your public locates for you. However, we do not cover private locates like bbq lines, sprinkler and pool lines.

can i share my cost with my neighbours?

There are many homes in Ontario that share the backyard with multiple neighbouring homes. Discussing your plans with your neighbours courteously will ensure everyone to be on the same page and good standing. Couple of details you might consider when you decide to build a fence for your property

Be aware of the limits - Local by laws allow certain max heights for fences. Also follow the rules for pool fences and limits to homes and roads.

Share the details of your plans with neighbours - It is crucial to share the design, height and material details of your plan to avoid unwanted surprises. As most fence styles have a flat and rail side, make sure you agree on the terms of the installation. Of course there are certain styles give symmetrical view for both sides such as “Sandwich Style Wooden Fence”.

Know your Property Lines - Make sure of your boundaries with your neighbours. If you anyone is not sure, get a land survey for your project.

do i need a permit for my fence?

Fence installations do not require a permit.

how deep your fence posts are set ?

We set all our posts between 41” to 48” to ensure below frost line setting to prevent posts from heaving during the winter season.
